Premium Services & Refund Policy

filesupload.io offers premium services including:

1. One-Time Unlimited Bandwidth Download: This service allows a single file to be downloaded once without any bandwidth limitation. Download speeds may vary depending on server load, but we will not impose limits on speed.
2. Premium Membership: Provides 100GB of storage, the ability to upload files up to 100GB (instead of the standard 10GB limit), and download speeds of up to 40 Mbps (instead of 400 KBps).

Filesupload.io reserves the right to terminate your account without prior notice and without issuing a refund.

Refunds are not available for the one-time unlimited bandwidth download service or for Premium Membership.

Premium Purchase

Limitation of Liability

Filesupload.io shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of their possibility. Under no circumstances will Filesupload.io liability exceed fifty dollars ($50).

In regions where the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

The services are controlled and operated from facilities located in Dubai and servers worldwide. Users accessing the services from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with local laws.

As-Is Services

You agree that your use of the services is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filesupload.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, related to the services and their use.

Filesupload.io does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. All services and content are provided "as is" and "as available." Filesupload.io does not warrant that any files downloaded from its platform will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

Take Down Notice and Requirements

Filesupload.io respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that unlawful or inappropriate content is distributed via our services, you may submit a takedown notice containing the following details:

1. Your contact information (name, title, organization, address, email address).
2. Until further notice, all files uploaded to the site will be deleted after one day.
3. Sufficient information for Filesupload.io to locate the disputed content (e.g., URL).
4. An explanation of the content's unlawfulness or its conflict with our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

We will evaluate and respond to valid reports within five (5) business days. Reports should be sent to Contact@filesupload.io.

Indemnity and Liability

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Filesupload.io from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of the services, violation of the Terms of Use, or infringement of third-party rights.
